In 2020, we took over Wink GmbH in the Augsburg area as an inves­tor and are very happy with it. Focusing on the “soft” issues is in line with our experi­ence of what makes a succes­si­on successful. The four phases provi­de struc­tu­re and orien­ta­ti­on in a very complex process. We’ll be happy to do it again on another occasion.

Nach zwei Anläu­fen mussten wir erken­nen, dass die Zusam­men­ar­beit als Mutter und Tochter im Famili­en­be­trieb heraus­for­dernd bleibt.
